Toledo’s Department of Housing and Community Development Announces Rental Assistance Outreach Sessions

The City of Toledo’s Department of Housing and Community Development is hosting rental assistance one-on-one outreach sessions to provide information about the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) and to encourage eligible households to apply for assistance.

ERAP is designed to provide up to 18 months of assistance to eligible households, including current and future rent, past due rent, late fees, new renter fees, security deposits, utility deposits, and utility payments.

To learn more about the Rental Assistance program and determine if you are eligible for assistance, the City of Toledo encourages interested parties to attend one of the upcoming outreach sessions.

Week 1: West Toledo Library, 1320 W. Sylvania Ave.
Monday, May 15 – 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 17 12:30-4:30 p.m.

Week 2: Main Library, (CAM) 325 N Michigan St.
Wednesday, May 31 – 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Thursday, June 1 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Week 3: Mott Library, 1010 Dorr St.
Tuesday, June 13 – 9:30a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Thursday, June,15 12:30-4:30 p.m.
